Business Growth & Strategy
- Drive acquisition, revenue, and profitability targets
- Contribute to strategic planning with executive leadership
- Set partnership budgets, KPIs, and OKRs
- Analyze performance and course-correct as needed
Partnerships
- Serve as key liaison to Philippine co-lending partners
- Manage contract compliance and renewals
- Lead negotiation of partnership agreements
- Oversee regulator relationships alongside Risk and Legal
New Business Development
- Evaluate and assess new partnership opportunities
- Supervise financial modeling and ROI projections
- Manage full partnership sales pipeline
- Prepare client pitches and support negotiations
Customer Experience & Portfolio Management
- Improve customer and partner satisfaction
- Drive retention programs (target: 5-year average time on books)
- Maintain Customer NPS in high 40s; tNPS above 50
- Collaborate with analytics and operations for process improvement
Innovation
- Identify and scale generative AI and digital use cases
- Monitor evolving customer and client needs
- Work with technology and analytics teams to improve service delivery
Leadership
- Lead 57 direct reports and 3537 indirect staff
- Build a high-performance partnerships organization
- Foster a strong, customer-focused culture
- Serve as partnerships ambassador within senior leadership
