Job Description
- Oversee and manage the delivery of fund accounting and financial services operations.
- Develop and implement strategies, mainly leveraging on technology, to optimize processes and ensure operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Engage with clients to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
The Successful Applicant
- Completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related.
- At least 12 years of progressive experience in fund accounting or financial services roles. Must have a strong understanding of investment vehicles and fund management operations.
- A strong background in managing a large and financial services operations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire high-performing teams.
- Expertise in operational management and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- A strategic mindset with a focus on delivering results and exceeding client expectations.
- Amenable to working on a hybrid, night shift schedule based in Pasay.
