Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Finance located in Manila. The Director of Finance will oversee and manage the organization's financial operations, including financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Responsibilities include preparing and managing financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising budget processes, and providing strategic financial recommendations. The Director will collaborate with other leaders to ensure financial sustainability and support the organization's long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning and foundational knowledge of Finance principles
• Experience with analyzing and preparing Financial Statements and ensuring accurate Financial Reporting
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to support data-driven decision-making and financial forecasting
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Thorough understanding of local financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus
