Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Client Relations. The primary responsibilities include managing and strengthening client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication, and addressing concerns effectively. The Director will oversee client onboarding, monitor service delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client needs with company objectives. Additionally, the role involves developing strategies to enhance client retention and drive business growth.

• Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams

• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in a client-facing role
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare or digital health industry is a strong advantage
