About Our Client
An industrial and manufacturing company located in Cavite and Laguna City.
Job Description
- Lead IT strategy development for manufacturing operations, including Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and SCADA systems.
- Manage operational technology (OT) and ensure alignment with digital manufacturing goals.
- Supervise IT infrastructure, including network security, SD-WAN, and cybersecurity measures.
- Coordinate ERP (SAP) systems to improve production processes and data management.
- Drive smart factory and digital manufacturing transformation projects.
- Ensure compliance with IT and cybersecurity standards across manufacturing systems.
- Lead IT operations and manage cross-functional program initiatives effectively.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Director, IT Manufacturing should have:
- Expertise in manufacturing IT systems, including MES, SCADA, and digital manufacturing technologies.
- Solid understanding of operational technology (OT) and Industry 4.0 concepts.
- Knowledge of infrastructure management, network security, and cybersecurity practices.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, to support manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership and IT operations management skills.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver large-scale technology programs.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PHP 350,000 to PHP 400,000.
