We are looking for a Director for Property Investment (Sales Director) to oversee specific sales regions or product segments and drive success through strategic leadership.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company objectives
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Associate Sales Directors and Sellers
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while exploring new opportunities
- Report on performance and forecasts to senior management
What we're looking for:
- Graduate of Business or related courses
- 5+ years of experience in Real Estate
- Proven track record in regional or product sales leadership
- Strong team management, communication, and analytical skills
- Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus
