Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for shaping and driving the strategic direction of three critical departments: Human Resources, Marketing, and Customer Success within our cybersecurity company. This leader will champion organizational culture, talent development, and operational excellence, ensuring that people, processes, and strategies align to support growth, innovation, and resilience in a rapidly evolving industry.

Qualifications:

  • College degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
  • Candidates with master's or PhD is preferred but not required
  • Proven executive leadership experience (10+ years) in HR, Marketing, Customer Success or Operations, preferably within technology or cybersecurity industries.
  • Strong background in strategic planning, organizational development, and talent management.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and aligning diverse departments toward common goals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity industry trends and the ability to translate them into people and culture strategies.
  • Visionary leader who balances strategic foresight with operational discipline.
  • Skilled at nurturing talent while driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Passionate about building a resilient organizational culture that thrives in the fast-paced cybersecurity landscape.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute integrated strategies for HR, Marketing, and Contract Renewal that align with the company's vision and cybersecurity market demands.
  • Partner with the executive team to translate business objectives into actionable departmental plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive cross-departmental collaboration to ensure consistency in messaging, employee engagement, and client retention.

People & Culture and HR Oversight

  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and inclusivity across the organization.
  • Lead talent development initiatives, including leadership pipelines, succession planning, and continuous learning programs tailored to cybersecurity expertise.
  • Champion employee engagement and well-being, ensuring the company remains an employer of choice in the tech sector.
  • Guide HR in workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Implement policies that balance organizational needs with employee growth and satisfaction.

Marketing Oversight

  • Provide strategic direction for brand positioning, thought leadership, and market visibility in the cybersecurity space.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives support both talent attraction and client acquisition, reinforcing the company's reputation as a trusted cybersecurity partner.

Customer Success Oversight

  • Oversee the contract renewal department to maximize client retention and recurring revenue.
  • Establish strategies for proactive client engagement, negotiation, and long-term relationship management.

Operational Excellence

  • Streamline processes across departments to improve efficiency, scalability, and alignment with cybersecurity industry standards.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure departments deliver measurable impact on growth and sustainability.

Work Location: Willing to work onsite at Zuellig Building Makati City

Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM
