Job Description

ROLE OBJECTIVE:

The Director of Enrollment & Growth is responsible for leading the sales function across MindChamps centres, driving enrolment growth, developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and achieving revenue targets while maintaining the organization's service standards and brand reputation.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve enrolment and revenue targets.
  • Lead, coach, and manage Enrolment Executives.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline management, and conversion rates.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with prospective parents, corporate partners, prospective franchise investors and business partners, and community stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams on lead-generation initiatives.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and customer experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Experience in education, childcare, enrichment, or service industries is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and business planning capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
