Job Description

Skills and Experiences:

  • 7 to 10 years experience in IT sales or business development
  • Proven track record achieving revenue, margin, and gross profit targets
  • Strong expertise in Cisco networking, security, and data center solutions
  • Experienced managing distribution channels, Tier-2 resellers, and ATP partners

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional sales and presales teams to drive business growth
  • Build strategic vendor relationships with Cisco account and channel managers
  • Develop and execute channel development and go-to-market plans
  • Drive revenue growth through Tier-2 resellers and enterprise clients
  • Manage pipeline, CRM forecasting, and reporting for predictable results
  • Co-sell solutions with partners to meet client requirements effectively
  • Align vendor programs, pricing strategies, and partner objectives successfully
  • Provide coaching and guidance to reseller sales representatives regularly
  • Deliver business insights and updates to senior management team consistently
