Conduct calls to leads from various sources to offer MC loan, applying appropriate handling based on the source
Offer MC loan to leads and convert them into loan applications
Assist applicants in submitting complete application forms, conduct KYC, and secure other pertinent information or requirements for application processing
Review submitted requirements or documentation from clients prior to endorsing to Credit
Educate clients regarding the application process to manage expectations and avoid complaints
Coordinate with approved clients and branch teams regarding releasing requirements and schedules; coordinate with dealers or unit providers if needed
Submit loan documents of released accounts for review by the Direct Sales Operations Officer, as needed
Update monitoring files required by the Officer
Provide quick response and appropriate solutions to issues and complaints from the branch, dealer, or customer, escalating immediately to the Officer/Manager if needed
Perform special tasks as instructed by the Officer/Manager
Graduate of Marketing or any related course.
1-2 years of experience with Direct or Indirect Marketing, Finance, or Customer Service.
Highly organized, diligent, punctual, trustworthy, flexible, team player, resourceful, and can work under pressure.
Competent in oral and written communication, computer Literate, has good listening skills, and service-minded.
Willing to be deployed in Paseo De Roxas, Makati City
