- Develop and implement strategic direct marketing campaigns for gaming and resort-wide offerings, designed to enhance member engagement and maximize customer activity
- Design and execute innovative resort promotions aimed at boosting non-gaming spend, particularly across dining venues, retail outlets, spas, entertainment events, and other resort amenities
- Regularly monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, employing rigorous A/B testing methodologies to identify successful strategies and continuously refine marketing tactics
- Oversee the budgeting process for direct marketing activities, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximum ROI
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Gaming Operations, Food & Beverage, Hospitality and Entertainment teams to create compelling, targeted promotions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in direct marketing, preferably within banking, hospitality, gaming, or similar industries
- Expertise in customer segmentation and delivering personalized marketing approaches to improve response rates
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of leveraging data analytics tools to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in all interactions
- Fluency in English and an additional language is required
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with the gaming industry is a plus
