Here's where you come in:

As Digital Workplace Specialist, you will play a key role in advancing the adoption, usability, and continuous improvement of World Vision's Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms. Reporting to the Digital Workplace Lead, you will work closely with the Digital Adoption Specialist, Global Technology Services (GTS), and Enterprise Architects to ensure digital tools are practical, inclusive, and effective for a globally distributed workforce.

  • Proven experience in user training, adoption, and change management for digital tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a user-centric mindset and ability to work across cultures.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 user experience (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with user-centric design principles and experience in user research or feedback analysis.
  • Collaborative and approachable, with strong interpersonal skills and a positive presence that fosters trust and confidence across diverse teams.
