Job Summary
We are seeking a Digital Workplace Adoption Lead to drive adoption of digital workplace and AI tools across the organization. The role will design and deliver training, learning content, communications, and change initiatives to ensure employees effectively use tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Claude for Enterprise, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver role-based training, learning paths, microlearning, job aids, and enablement content.
- Execute structured change management and adoption plans across different audiences and regions.
- Track adoption metrics, identify gaps, and implement improvements to achieve adoption targets.
- Build and manage digital champions networks and communities of practice.
- Conduct office hours, peer learning sessions, Q&A sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Develop and maintain help articles, guides, videos, decision trees, and knowledge content.
- Maintain adoption dashboards and regularly report progress against agreed KPIs.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and regional partners.
- Tailor training and communications for multilingual and low-bandwidth environments.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in digital adoption, change management, training, enablement, or a similar role.
- Proven experience driving measurable adoption of enterprise collaboration/productivity tools.
- Strong experience in training, learning content development, communications, and facilitation.
- Experience managing champion networks, communities of practice, or peer-learning programs.
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI tools such as Claude and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Experience creating microlearning, videos, job aids, and knowledge content.
- Experience working in global, multi-region, multilingual, or low-bandwidth environments.
Preferred Certifications
- Change Management certification such as Prosci.
- Microsoft 365 or training/adoption-related certification.
