Location – Philippines (Remote)

Job type – Contract ( 12 months with possible extension) with N2S Payroll

Working hours - US timing (9pm – 6am PHT)

Job Description

The role designs and delivers training, learning content, communications, and community programs that turn available tools into daily practice. Working under the Digital Workplace Enablement Manager, the Lead executes structured change and adoption plans, stands up and sustains a champions network, and builds a reusable content and knowledge base. The role tracks adoption against measures set with the Enablement Manager and follows through until targets are met rather than stopping at launch. Priority tools include Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, collaboration and knowledge sharing platforms, and approved AI tools such as Claude for Enterprise & Microsoft 365 Copilot. The Lead tailor's delivery across regions. The position initially reports to the Director, Digital Workplace & Collaboration and is expected to transition under the Digital Workplace Enablement Manager as the team structure matures.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Training and enablement delivery

  • Design and deliver role-based learning paths, job aids, and microlearning for digital workplace and AI tools.
  • Run regular microlearning and office-hours cadence across time zones.
  • Curate and maintain enablement content on the KM & collaboration platforms.
  • Tailor delivery for multilingual and low-bandwidth contexts.

Change management and adoption execution

  • Execute structured changes and adoption plans set with the Enablement Manager, covering audiences, milestones, and success measures.
  • Run stakeholder mapping, readiness checks, and communications for each rollout.
  • Drive adoption to target. Track uptake, follow up on gaps, and adjust delivery based on results rather than stopping at launch.
  • Support major rollouts, including the-wide Claude for Enterprise deployment and Microsoft 365 changes.

Community and champion's network

  • Stand up and sustain a champions network and communities of practice across regions and functions.
  • Host office hours, peer learning, and Q&A sessions, and keep feedback loops running.
  • Recruit, onboard, and support champions, and recognize their contributions.

Content, knowledge, and reporting

  • Build and maintain help articles, guides, videos, and decision trees, including when to use each tool.
  • Maintain adoption baselines and dashboards, and report results against agreed measures on a regular cadence.
  • Use usage data and feedback to prioritize content and enablement improvements.
  • Keep all materials current with approved toolsets and responsible use guidance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, education, organizational development, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 3+ years in digital adoption, change management, training, enablement, or a comparable role.
  • Track record delivering measurable adoption of enterprise collaboration or productivity tools, with follow-through after launch.
  • Experience designing and delivering training, learning content, and communications for non-technical staff.
  • Experience building or running champion networks, communities of practice, or peer learning programs.
  • Ability to define adoption measures and report progress clearly.
  • Strong coordination across technical teams, business owners, and regional partners.

Desired

  • Change management certification (for example, Prosci), Microsoft 365 or training/adoption-related certification
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI tools such as Claude and Microsoft 365 Copilot, and responsible use practices.
  • Experience creating microlearning, video, or job-aid content.
  • Experience in a global, federated, or multi-region organization, including multilingual or low-bandwidth contexts.
