Job Description

Responsible for leading the organization's digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and technology adoption across business units. The role develops and executes digital strategies, oversees transformation projects, and collaborates with business leaders and IT teams to identify and implement technology-driven solutions. It manages change initiatives, process optimization efforts, and system implementations to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The position also monitors emerging technologies and drives continuous innovation to enhance business performance and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven IT portfolio and program management within an enterprise/conglomerate.
• Proven track record in leading enterprise transformation initiatives, change management programs, and cross-functional technology projects.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Qualifications in the project management domain such as PMI, LEAN, or Agile are desirable.
