We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Transformation Manager to join our Advisory practice. In this critical role, you will lead complex digital transformation projects for our diverse client portfolio, leveraging your deep expertise in enterprise-level system implementations and project management. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through their digital journeys, from strategy formulation to successful execution and adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
This role requires a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of how technology drives business value.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Project Delivery: Spearhead end-to-end project management for digital transformation initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Strategic Advisory: Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, translating them into comprehensive digital strategies and roadmaps.
- System Implementation Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise and project leadership in the implementation of enterprise-level solutions such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, or Microsoft D365 (Dynamics 365). This includes guiding clients through various phases like requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of client organizations, including C-suite executives, department heads, and technical teams, managing expectations and fostering collaborative environments.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Change Management: Drive effective change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes within client organizations.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to ensure project success.
- Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal development, client presentations, and identifying new opportunities for digital transformation services.
- Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital transformation, actively contributing to KPMG's thought leadership and service offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in project management, with a significant focus on large-scale enterprise system implementations (Oracle, SAP, Workday, Microsoft D365) or Enterprise Architecture initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative team in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Strong client-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Willingness to travel as required
- Open to reporting to client's site 5 times per week
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent recognized project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2).
- At least one relevant certification related to Oracle, SAP, Workday, or Microsoft D365 (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, Oracle Certified Professional, Workday Pro, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365).
- Certifications in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) are highly desirable.
