The Project Manager for Solutions Delivery and Governance will work closely with the Product Owner on the delivery of large, complex, and cross-functional initiatives.
The role drives end-to-end execution of projects across multiple workstreams using SAFe, Agile, and Lean methodologies. This includes business process assessment, requirements gathering, project planning, and coordination to ensure solutions are effectively delivered and sustained.
The role also ensures proper governance, stakeholder alignment, and performance tracking while supporting change management and continuous improvement efforts to deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives across multiple workstreams
- Partner with Product Owners to align on priorities, scope, and delivery plans
- Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and resources using SAFe/Agile practices
Governance & Performance
- Establish and enforce delivery governance and standards
- Monitor and report project progress, risks, and outcomes
- Ensure smooth transition from delivery to operations
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and delivery practices
- Support change management and adoption of new solutions
- Drive collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement
Experience
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, transformation, or operations
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
Skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Experience in requirements gathering and process improvement
Technical
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage
- Working knowledge or exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., RPA tools)
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in business processes is an advantage
Education
- Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
- Project management or Agile certifications are a plus
