III. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities to digitize and automate processes for efficiency and cost savings.
- Lead change management initiatives to foster a digital-first culture.
- Analyze and optimize business processes through the implementation of new digital tools and automation.
- Monitor and report on the progress and impact of digital projects.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to ensure seamless technology integration.
Iv. Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Additional certifications in digital strategy, project are an advantage.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and implementing digital solutions.
- Experience in industries undergoing digital disruption is a plus.
- Willingness to stay updated on emerging technologies and digital trends.
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and risks associated with transformation projects.

V. Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or business process improvement.
- Specialized courses in digital strategy, data analytics, or change management add value.
- A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on digital transformation, innovation, or technology management is highly desirable for advanced strategic and leadership skills.
