The
Digital Specialist Reporting supports the analysis of potential growth opportunities and effective portfolio and commercial planning to ensure timely and successful execution of initiatives. This includes business performance analysis, forecasting, scenario modeling, and continuous improvement projects to deliver efficiency and standardized reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting
- Deliver accurate, timely reports for commercial operations, including business performance and KPI tracking.
- Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources; create visualizations for actionable insights.
- Calculate KPIs and manage incentive program rewards.
- Prepare performance reports for third-party agencies.
Analysis
- Conduct commercial analyses such as consumer trends, competition/industry performance, and KPI reviews.
- Support forecasting, data modeling, scenario analysis, and ad hoc requirements.
- Perform customer and consumer insights analysis.
Data Management
- Ensure data quality within PMI systems through administration and platform management.
- Maintain and validate master data for new product launches.
Coordination
- Support delivery of business initiatives across internal teams and third-party agencies.
Knowledge Management
- Update and create documentation, process flows, handbooks, and reporting guides.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or any related field.
- 35 years of experience with strong understanding of business and digital systems/tools.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) for global support.
- Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate to Advanced), Salesforce, SQL, Power BI, and other visualization tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and ability to manage multiple projects in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; entrepreneurial mindset.
Work Location & Schedule:
- Makati City, Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm/1:00pm to 10:00pm
- Hybrid Work Setup
