About the Role

The Digital & Search Marketing Specialist is based remotely in the Philippines and plays a pivotal role in driving brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement through digital channels. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns across web, search, email, and social media platforms. The specialist will ensure that all digital touchpoints reflect the brand's identity, support strategic business goals, and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, email, social media) to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.

Website & SEO Management

  • Maintain, update, and optimise website content (WordPress), ensuring SEO/LLM best practices, UI/UX, and brand consistency.
  • Conduct regular audits to improve site performance, user experience, and search rankings.

Content Creation & Design

  • Develop engaging content for email, social media, blog posts, and landing pages.
  • Design digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for use across campaigns and platforms.

Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Build and manage marketing automation workflows using ActiveCampaign.
  • Segment audiences and personalise campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Paid Media Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns including keyword research, copywriting, A/B testing, retargeting, and budget management.
  • Monitor performance and provide actionable insights through regular reporting.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Liaise with internal teams (sales, product, design) to align messaging and campaign goals.
  • Support day-to-day marketing operations and assist with campaign coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on search and performance marketing.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across multiple verticals.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital analytics.
  • Experience with WordPress, marketing automation platforms (ActiveCampaign preferred), and CRM systems.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Canva.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to Australia occasionally for team meetings, training, or events.

Preferred Skills

  • Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video).
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for web content editing.
  • Experience with B2B marketing and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) in digital marketing.
