Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Quezon City, with the option for some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will oversee and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and foster growth. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, mentoring the sales team, and building strong client relationships. Additionally, the role requires preparing sales reports, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring exemplary customer service.

  • Experience in Developing Sales Strategies and Analyzing Market Trends
  • Strong relationship-building, Negotiation, and Client Management skills
  • Ability to mentor, motivate, and support a dynamic sales team
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and business development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
