As a Digital Solutions Manager, your main performance indicator is to drive revenue growth by developing and selling innovative digital advertising and media solutions to clients. You will identify client needs, create tailored digital strategies, and build strong client relationships. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality service that aligns with the client's business objectives
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Engagement: Identify and reach out to potential clients within the assigned business unit (agency or direct). Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for digital advertising needs.
Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized digital advertising solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Such as but not limited to; Innity's proprietary ads, social media campaigns, Google campaigns, Influencer and content marketing, and digital advertising strategies.
Sales Strategy: Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Use a consultative and solution approach to understand client objectives and propose solutions that deliver results.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging digital technologies, and competitor activities to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.
Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns. Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize campaign effectiveness together with the Business Operations team.
Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, technical, and account management teams to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns.
Training & Development: Continuously improve your knowledge of digital advertising and media sales through training and professional development opportunities.
