Identifies and documents new product concepts and ideas aligned with the market and business goals
Gathers business cases and revenue projections and/or enhancements to support decision making.
Manages digital roadmap planning and execution to drive user acquisition, retention, and profitability through scalable digital solutions
Conducts market research, competitor benchmarking, and collaborate with third-party vendors and fintech partners to ensure product competitiveness
Monitors product performance through analytics, identify client usage patterns, and propose enhancements for continuous improvement
Collaborates to the various teams such as Channel Management, Sales, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Project Management, ICT, and Operations for feasibility assessments and product implementation
Supports pilot testing of new or enhanced products, gather feedback from stakeholders, and refine features or processes before full launch
Supports the development of product training materials, oversee training programs, and product communication and promotion
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of any four-year course preferably Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Information Technology / Computer Science
At least three (3) years of work-related experience in fields related to product management, digital, fintech, or banking services
Knowledge on regulatory laws and requirements of BSP
