Your Role:
As a Digital Product Manager, you will:
Lead the end-to-end delivery and optimization of key digital products and customer journeys. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across technology, design, operations, customer service, and business departments to translate business goals and user needs into actionable backlogs, ensuring features are well-defined, built, tested, launched, and commercialized.
Planning

• Translate business and customer needs into clear product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Prioritise initiatives based on impact, effort, and alignment with broader digital and business objectives
• Work with Design to validate solutions before build
• Contribute to quarterly and annual product planning discussions

Delivery & Execution

• Partner with technology and scrum teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of digital products and customer journeys
• Work with BA and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and sign off testing prior to go-live
• Support release readiness activities
• Maintain clear communication with business stakeholders on progress, risks, and upcoming releases

Performance & Optimisation

• Partner with analytics and marketing teams to measure post-launch outcomes and ROI
• Monitor key metrics such as conversion, engagement, and retention to assess product performance
• Use data-driven insights to identify optimization opportunities and feed improvements into the backlog
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to guide future enhancements

What You Need:
Non-negotiables

• Experience in digital product delivery, ideally within a SaaS, eCommerce, or membership-based business
• Strong understanding of end-to-end digital delivery and agile methodologies
• Proven ability to turn business goals and customer insights into clear requirements and deliverables
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across technology, design, and broader business functions
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail with a focus on outcomes
• Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence

Preferred skills/expertise

• Exposure to mobile app development, payment systems, or CRM platforms
• Familiarity with UX and usability principles
