Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or any related field
  • 13 years of experience in operations, campaign management, digital services, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong internships may be considered)
  • Experience in managing marketing campaigns, including setup, execution, and performance tracking
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and support business decisions
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus
  • Experience in market research and data monitoring (both qualitative and quantitative analysis)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, IT, customer service)
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle daily operational issues, including customer service cases and financial reconciliations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic understanding of digital payments, fintech, or e-commerce is an advantage
