Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or any related field
13 years of experience in operations, campaign management, digital services, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong internships may be considered)
Experience in managing marketing campaigns, including setup, execution, and performance tracking
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and support business decisions
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus
Experience in market research and data monitoring (both qualitative and quantitative analysis)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, IT, customer service)
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle daily operational issues, including customer service cases and financial reconciliations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Basic understanding of digital payments, fintech, or e-commerce is an advantage
