How you will contribute
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust digital platforms to meet organizational goals.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and align technology solutions accordingly.
- Oversee the architecture and scalability of digital platforms, ensuring they meet performance and security standards.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into the platform development strategy.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software engineering, code quality, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver timely, high-quality solutions.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the engineering team.
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, informing them about project progress and potential challenges.
- Evaluate and implement strategies to optimize platform efficiency and reliability.
- Hands-on experience with Java, ReactJs, and React Native
- Deep understanding of CI/CD and Cloud. Prefer AWS.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in software engineering, focusing on digital platform development.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies, frameworks, and cloud services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in project management, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Ability to think strategically and align technical solutions with overall business objectives.
- Certifications in relevant technologies or project management are a plus.
