What You'll Do
Lead and manage a team of Content Creators (Copywriters, Editors, Social Media/SEO Associates)
Own end-to-end social media production from creative deck development to final output approval
Conduct regular performance coaching, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations
Monitor SLAs and quality benchmarks to ensure consistent client satisfaction
Review and approve team output to ensure alignment with brand voice and client standards
Partner directly with clients and internal stakeholders to drive campaign success and resolve escalations
Identify workflow improvements to optimize productivity and quality
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication Arts, Mass Communication, or related field
At least 2 years of formal people management experience with direct reports
Experience conducting performance reviews, coaching, and team development
Strong background in social media content production and campaign execution
Experience handling client-facing communications or stakeholder management
Willing to work night shift and Philippine holidays
