Digital Marketing Specialist (Email, Viber & Influencer Campaigns)

Role Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist leads Waikoloa Resort's lifecycle marketing across email, Viber Business Messages, and influencer collaborations. The role focuses on driving bookings, guest loyalty, and brand awareness while training in-house staff to manage these channels independently.

Core Objectives (First 90 Days)

Launch and optimize email + Viber campaigns tied to holidays and occupancy goals.

Build and activate influencer collaborations with measurable ROI.

Train internal staff to manage campaigns, reports, and platform tools independently.

Achieve channel KPIs for engagement and booking conversion.

90-Day Ramp Plan

1.Month 1 Foundation: Audit current lists, finalize tools, build calendar, launch first campaigns, shortlist influencers, conduct Training Sprint #1.

2.Month 2 Scale: Weekly email sends, biweekly Viber blasts, A/B testing, launch 58 influencer partnerships, conduct Training Sprint #2.

3.Month 3 Automate & Transfer: Set up automations (welcome/re-engagement), finalize SOPs, staff-led campaigns, conduct Training Sprint #3.

Performance KPIs

Email: 28% open rate, 3.5% CTR, 0.3% unsubscribes

Viber: 90% delivery, 610% CTR, improved cost per booking

Influencers: 12 posts, 300k reach, 2% CTR, ROAS 2.0

Training: 2 staff certified with 95% process accuracy

SOPs: 100% documented and approved by management

Training Program

Sprint #1 Foundations: Tools overview, brand tone, data compliance, UTM tagging.

Sprint #2 Campaign Craft: Segmentation, copywriting, creative review, QA checklist.
