Job Description

  • Create, layout, design, deliver, convert, and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns
  • Set up and optimize company pages and posts within each online platform to increase the effectiveness and visibility of company's social and online content
  • Update all social media platforms posts and respond to followers; administer the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content. Plan and execute a social media calendar for the digital marketing campaign
  • Create a robust Market Research Report and execute marketing administration functions.
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments in digital marketing and continuously test and recommend new tools and techniques to further improve digital marketing performance
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members (either direct customers or real estate agents and salespersons) to take action
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each platform
  • Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company
  • Act in a front-line capacity in various roles encompassed by real estate marketing and sales cycle, including among others broker coordination and support, customer service, marketing administration, and real estate sales account management.
  • Must be very skilled in social media and digital marketing, website management, IT, and must be a skilled graphic artist/ designer, should be able to execute interaction techniques over social media sites.
  • Must have experience or a strong interest to gain direct experience in REAL ESTATE marketing and sales, both digital/ online marketing and traditional/ in-person, particularly for high-end residential projects of REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS;
  • Artistic and creative and has good working knowledge of graphical software (e.g., Photoshop/ Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Must be confident with content creation; must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Well versed with e-mail marketing and lead generation through email marketing
  • Experience in web Content Management System (CMS) environments, planning and executing social media calendars, website management, web applications and other online communities; knowledgeable about Website optimization tools for A/B and multivariate testing, e.g. Google Website Optimizer, Visual Website Optimizer, etc.
  • Proficient in MS Office, web and IT applications as well as data/ metrics analysis techniques, and advanced Power Point and Excel
  • Must possess a positive, upbeat attitude motivated by sales conversions and reaching target sales levels. Must be interested in front-line marketing administration and support roles, with direct interaction (online and in-person) with the accredited sales teams, and potential, existing, and new customers.
