Digital Marketing Specialist (UI/UX Developer)

Description

As the Lead Specialist for Digital Design and UX, this role is primarily responsible for developing mockups and prototypes for the company website. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and product teams to translate the brand vision and user needs into intuitive, visually appealing web designs.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality user interfaces for Vertiv's digital touchpoints, focusing on updates and enhancements to the company website.
• Develop and present concepts through wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project stakeholders to deliver enhanced digital experiences that balance business and user requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve the website's design.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity and user interface across the site, following Vertiv's digital design guidelines.
• Assist with other UX-related projects, such as usability tests, heuristic evaluations, and activities to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
• Create, update, and collaborate on Vertiv's digital design guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications

• In-depth understanding and experience in brand, graphic, and user experience (UX) design.
• Proficiency in user experience and usability-related tasks, including research, prototyping, designing, and testing.
• Skilled in Adobe applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Windows/MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate, collaborate, and work effectively in a multicultural organization and across different management levels.
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
• Strong self-development skills to stay updated with fast-changing industry trends.
