Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. Key tasks include managing social media channels, analyzing web performance using analytics tools, creating targeted online marketing strategies, and ensuring consistent and effective communication across various digital platforms.
We are looking for a highly skilled, dynamic individual to join our team in the Philippines. In this role, you will be our ultimate Ads Master, taking full ownership of our paid digital marketing campaigns across all major platforms. You will not only strategize and execute these campaigns but also design the creatives and produce high-quality, engaging video content that drives conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Ads Strategy & Management
- Omnichannel Mastery: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns end-to-end across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Campaign Optimization: Oversee all aspects of ad deployment, including audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and continuous A/B testing to maximize ROI.
- Data & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance daily. Analyze key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC) and generate comprehensive reports to guide data-driven marketing decisions.
Creative & Video Production
- High-Quality Video Creation: Concept, storyboard, shoot, and edit top-tier video content specifically tailored for different social media formats (e.g., TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn video ads).
- Graphic Design: Design compelling, scroll-stopping ad creatives, static banners, and visual assets that align with TradingPRO's brand identity.
- Copywriting: Write persuasive, conversion-focused ad copy and scripts for video creatives.
Market Research & Trends
- Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, platform algorithm changes, and viral content formats to keep our ads highly relevant.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor advertising strategies within the trading and fintech spaces to ensure TradingPRO maintains a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Mastery of Paid Advertising: Proven, hands-on experience and a strong track record of running successful, high-budget campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Advanced Creative Skills: Proficiency in professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or advanced CapCut) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
- Stellar Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to produce high-converting ad creatives and top-tier video content. (Applicants without a portfolio/reel will not be considered).
- Analytical Mindset: Deep understanding of tracking pixels, Google Analytics, and conversion API integrations.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience or a strong personal interest in the trading, forex, crypto, fintech, or financial services industry is a major advantage.
- Location: Must be based in the Philippines.
