Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Purpose:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing Versatech International's digital marketing performance through lead generation, paid advertising, SEO, analytics, website management, and marketing automation. This role supports online brand visibility and campaign performance while collaborating closely with the creative and communications team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or related field
• Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation tools
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Understanding of B2B digital marketing strategies
• Knowledgeable in editing tools (i.e. Canva, Adobe Photoshop)
• Web Development and Management using WordPress

Responsibilities

1. Manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns
2. Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings
3. Monitor website performance and manage website content updates through WordPress
4. Generate and nurture leads through digital campaigns and automation tools
5. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns
6. Manage LinkedIn marketing initiatives and audience engagement
7. Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
8. Implement Hubspot marketing automation workflows and CRM integrations
9. Coordinate with the Graphic Designer and Multimedia Designer for campaign assets
10. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies
11. Manage CRM data hygiene
12. Optimize marketing funnels and customer journeys
