Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Monitor campaign budgets, CPL, ROAS, leads, conversions, and other key performance metrics.
Manage and maintain HubSpot tracking, lead attribution, and campaign data.
Support the development and optimization of landing pages, forms, and lead-generation funnels.
Monitor lead generation and conversion performance across paid search and paid social campaigns.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign results.
Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and campaign issues proactively.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall marketing performance.

Requirements

Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Proven experience in lead generation, conversion tracking, and performance marketing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify optimization opportunities.
Strong reporting skills and experience working with performance metrics such as CPL, ROAS, leads, and conversions.
Experience with HubSpot is strongly preferred.
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Sheets.
Familiarity with landing pages, lead funnels, paid search, paid social, and email nurture campaigns.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and troubleshoot tracking or campaign issues.
Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of campaigns, and managing priorities with minimal supervision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
