Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising
- Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines (SEO)
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) and monitor ROI
- Create, schedule, and analyze engaging content for social media platforms
- Track and report performance using tools such as Google Analytics and marketing dashboards
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and sales teams to align marketing efforts
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress
- Graphic design or video editing experience is an advantage
