Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis to support the launch of a new iPhone and Google application. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in developing strategic marketing plans, managing social media accounts, and leveraging industry-standard tools to create engaging content. This role requires a deep understanding of social media management, audience targeting, and techniques to produce viral content that resonates with large audiences. The marketing specialist will work from home, collaborating with our team to drive brand awareness and user acquisition for the application launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the launch of the iPhone and Google application, ensuring alignment with target audience preferences.
  • Manage and optimize social media accounts across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn) to maximize engagement and brand visibility.
  • Create compelling social media content, including posts, videos, and graphics, using industry-leading tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Hootsuite.
  • Analyze target audience demographics and behaviors to tailor marketing strategies that resonate and drive app downloads.
  • Implement proven techniques to optimize marketing campaigns, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or Buffer) to monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimal results.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to produce viral content that captures audience attention.
  • Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Utilize scheduling and automation tools to streamline content posting and maintain a consistent online presence.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications


  • Minimum of 5 years of professional marketing experience, with a focus on digital and social media marketing.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and executing marketing plans that drive engagement and achieve business objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, management techniques, and optimization strategies for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Proven ability to create viral content and engage large audiences through innovative social media campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current marketing trends, social media algorithms, and best practices.
  • Experience in mobile app marketing or product launches is a plus.
