Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our Sales Partner team in managing online presence, tracking leads, and assisting with day-to-day coordination.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in social media or digital marketing support who is looking to grow their skills in SEO, reporting, and sales support. You will play a key role in driving engagement and supporting lead generation efforts, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality when handling business, customer, and marketing data.

Work Setup

  • Independent contractor role

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage social media platforms including content scheduling, basic engagement, and responding to inquiries
  • Track and report weekly and monthly performance for social media and digital activities
  • Support basic SEO tasks such as keyword research and content optimization
  • Collect and organize data related to digital engagement and lead generation
  • Assist with lead tracking and coordination with the Sales Partner team
  • Monitor customer reviews, testimonials, and feedback
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling, file organization, and coordination tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 12 years of experience or relevant exposure in social media, digital marketing, or administrative support
  • Basic understanding of SEO (keyword research, content optimization)
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, spreadsheets, and online platforms
  • Experience with CRM or lead tracking tools is a plus but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and willing to learn and support both marketing and sales-related tasks
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
  • Exposure to SEO tools is an advantage but not required
  • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
