Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our Sales Partner team in managing online presence, tracking leads, and assisting with day-to-day coordination.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in social media or digital marketing support who is looking to grow their skills in SEO, reporting, and sales support. You will play a key role in driving engagement and supporting lead generation efforts, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality when handling business, customer, and marketing data.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms including content scheduling, basic engagement, and responding to inquiries
- Track and report weekly and monthly performance for social media and digital activities
- Support basic SEO tasks such as keyword research and content optimization
- Collect and organize data related to digital engagement and lead generation
- Assist with lead tracking and coordination with the Sales Partner team
- Monitor customer reviews, testimonials, and feedback
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling, file organization, and coordination tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 12 years of experience or relevant exposure in social media, digital marketing, or administrative support
- Basic understanding of SEO (keyword research, content optimization)
- Familiarity with analytics tools, spreadsheets, and online platforms
- Experience with CRM or lead tracking tools is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and willing to learn and support both marketing and sales-related tasks
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
- Exposure to SEO tools is an advantage but not required
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
