Role Overview
Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms. This role focuses on coordinating campaign strategy, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams including strategy, creative, digital, and experiential.
The role may draw from strengths in areas such as campaign management, digital and social media marketing, experiential marketing (events and activations), or strategic planning, while maintaining a holistic view of campaign delivery and performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and other relevant channels
- Manage client coordination, project timelines, and internal team workflows across multiple functions
- Work closely with strategy, creative, digital, and production teams to ensure campaign alignment and quality execution
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend optimizations based on insights and results
- Review and help guide campaign outputs to ensure alignment with strategy and client objectives
- Support the development of pitches, proposals, and new business initiatives
Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in marketing, communications, campaign management, or integrated marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: digital marketing, social media, experiential marketing, or strategic campaign management
- Strong understanding of integrated campaign development and execution across multiple channels
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including strategy, creative, accounts, and production
- Comfortable working in a hybrid and fast-paced agency environment
