Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Manila

Work setup & shift: Hybrid (Ability to work on-site 2x a week) | 8 AM to 5 PM, Mondays through Fridays

Your Role:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Execute and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital channels, including email, paid media, and ABM initiatives.
  • Track lead lifecycle performance from awareness through MQL, SQL, and pipeline contribution.
  • Build and manage marketing automation workflows, lead scoring models, and nurturing programs.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align on ICPs, target accounts, campaign priorities, and lead follow-up processes.
  • Analyze campaign performance, attribution, and funnel metrics to provide optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate with content and brand teams to develop campaign messaging and assets aligned to buyer pain points.
  • Ensure data integrity and proper tracking across CRM and marketing automation platforms.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or B2B digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to interpret performance metrics and dashboards.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Experience in B2B technology or professional services environments.
  • Working knowledge of paid media, email marketing, and lead nurturing best practices.
  • Advanced experience using reporting and attribution tools.
