This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of digital marketing, technical SEO, and project management. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless, high-performance shopping experience through meticulous data optimization and strategic site improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination and Site Management
- Lead and coordinate projects involving internal teams and external vendors, focusing on site migrations, UI improvements, and platform security updates.
- Manage the deployment of creative content across homepages, blogs, and key landing pages.
- Ensure all websites are updated to the latest platform versions and strictly adhere to security and compliance protocols.
Data Optimization and Merchandising
- Utilize 3rd party PIM systems to expand SKU counts and optimize data architecture, including product attributes, categorization, and cross-sell features.
- Perform keyword mining and utilize SEO best practices to build high-ranking web pages.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to execute and monitor high-impact on-site promotions.
SEO and Performance Analytics
- Execute and monitor ongoing SEO/SEM strategies to drive organic and paid traffic.
- Manage PPC campaigns, including keyword selection, ad setup, and performance analysis.
- Centralize and control account access for critical tools such as Google Marketing Platform, Magento, WordPress, and HubSpot.
Compliance and Strategy
- Conduct regular competitive analysis and industry trend research to identify opportunities for incremental business growth.
- Maintain strict adherence to branding guidelines, copyright laws, and technical product standards.
- Ensure the organization remains compliant with PCI, ISO, GDPR, and FTC regulations.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Marketing, eCommerce, or Sales.
Technical Skills
- SEO/SEM: Strong knowledge of search engine optimization tactics and PPC campaign management.
- Analytics: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, Lighthouse, and HubSpot.
- Data Handling: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with FTP and data entry.
- Web Technologies: Working knowledge of Magento and WordPress; familiarity with HTML and CSS is a significant advantage.
- Campaigns: Experience with Pay Per Click campaigns.
