Job Scope:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that engage our target audience and drive measurable results. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, as well as the ability to analyze data to optimize campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
- Create content on all social media accounts based on agreed marketing calendar and company needs.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate sales leads.
- Manage all aspects of digital advertising and social media ads.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and in the food & beverage space; and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with brand principals as needed to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Liaise and negotiate with influencers and other 3rd party brand collaborators
- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in the digital space.
- E-Commerce Management Oversee GNI's presence on e-commerce platforms such as Facebook, Lazada, Shopee and other relevant digital sales platforms, including product listings, promotions, and sales optimization strategies.
- Overall management of online messages and inquiries answering of queries, processing of orders, promotional campaigns and price discounting in coordination with Sales Director.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal departments for order processing and payment monitoring
- Create visual concepts for promotional activities as needed
- Create designs for brochures, t-shirts, packaging, etc. as needed
- Take pictures and video coverage for events
- Photoshoot for GNI products as needed
- Deal with a variety of different queries from customers
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Good English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Atleast 2-3 years of experience
