Digital Marketing Specialist – SEO/AIO & SEM (Up to ₱50K | WFH | FREE AI Certification)

You own the end-to-end SEO, AIO, and SEM strategy, ensuring every search query and paid campaign translates into visibility and qualified leads. This is a high-accountability role where you balance technical site audits with creative ad execution to deliver measurable ROI.

You operate within defined digital marketing scopes, coordinating directly with client-aligned leads to implement technical improvements and optimize content performance. Best suited for analytical professionals who thrive in structured environments, value data-driven results, and prefer clear delivery standards over ambiguity.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• 3+ years of experience managing SEO/AIO and SEM with measurable growth results
• Proven technical expertise in site audits, schema, sitemaps, and Core Web Vitals
• Hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Google Search, YouTube, Performance Max, and Meta platforms
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and SEMrush (or similar)
• Willingness to work 7:00 AM–4:00 PM PHT and comply with a 100% WFH arrangement

Strong Signals

• Experience with AI-integrated SEO (AIO) strategies
• Background in Australian market lead generation
• Relevant certifications in Google Search or GA

Search & AI Optimization (SEO/AIO)

You own the organic visibility of the brand—ensuring the site is technically sound and optimized for the next generation of search.

• Lead technical, on-page, and off-page optimization
• Execute site audits and implement fixes for Core Web Vitals
• Conduct keyword research to drive rankings and conversions

Paid Campaign Management (SEM)

You own the performance of digital ad spend—ensuring every dollar contributes to lead generation and business growth.

• Manage end-to-end strategy and execution for Google and Meta Ads
• Optimize ad copy and landing pages for higher conversion rates
• Monitor performance and provide actionable insights tied to ROI

Content & Performance Analysis

You own the data-driven narrative—turning complex metrics into clear, executable recommendations.

• Brief and optimize content for web pages and blogs
• Track site performance using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Deliver regular reporting on search trends and campaign effectiveness
