The Role

You are the execution engine behind our marketing strategy.

Working directly with the Head of Marketing (strategy, creative direction, and events), you transform strategy into live campaigns fast. You deploy paid ads, build landing pages, schedule social content, optimise funnels, and continuously improve performance.

This is a hands-on, high-output role in a lean environment. We value ownership, velocity, and measurable results.

You will be expected to use AI as a force multiplier increasing output and optimisation speed without compromising quality.

What You'll Own

Paid Media Execution

• Manage and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and TikTok
• Monitor performance daily and iterate quickly
• Run A/B testing across creative, copy, and targeting
• Maximise ROI, CPL, and conversion rates

Conversion & Landing Pages

• Build, test, and optimise HubSpot landing pages
• Maintain tracking integrity (UTMs, pixels, attribution)
• Improve funnel performance through data-driven insights

Social Media Deployment

• Schedule and orchestrate content across six platforms using Oktopost
• Repurpose campaign creative efficiently
• Maintain Compono's bold, differentiated brand voice

AI & Workflow Acceleration

• Leverage AI tools to increase marketing velocity
• Build repeatable, scalable workflows
• Identify automation opportunities across campaigns

What You Bring

• 4+ years hands-on experience in digital marketing execution
• Demonstrated results managing multi-platform paid campaigns
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and HubSpot
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics and conversion optimisation
• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
• High ownership mindset and comfort working autonomously in a fully remote environment
• A bias for action and continuous improvement
