Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM CST (8.5 hours/day)

We are a growing mental health practice committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive digital engagement, support patient acquisition, and lead marketing operations across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Scheduling
- Create and schedule 10+ weekly content pieces for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Produce 1 YouTube video, 1 YouTube Shorts, and 1 Facebook/Instagram/TikTok reel weekly
- Post content for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and team milestones on the Team Space
Campaigns & CRM Management
- Design email campaigns and patient acquisition PDFs using tools like Zoho Campaigns
- Utilize Zoho CRM to support marketing efforts and lead management
Profile & Platform Management
- Manage and update Psychology Today and Thriving Campus profiles
- Monitor profile performance and ensure accuracy, reach, and booking optimization
SEO & Performance Tracking
- Apply basic SEO strategies to improve visibility and organic reach
- Track, analyze, and report marketing metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, click-throughs, conversions)
- Create weekly reports on platform performance and marketing status for review
Lead Engagement & Customer Interaction
- Occasionally call leads (customer service experience is a plus)
- Respond to messages and comments on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to support new patient leads
Collaboration & Project Execution
- Partner with HR and Operations to create visuals, presentations, and engagement activities
- Execute projects and special assignments based on the Marketing Director's directives
Leadership, Support & Strategy
- Support the Marketing Director in managing all marketing platforms
- Lead and facilitate the weekly Marketing Team meeting
- Facilitate the monthly HR, Patient Concierge, and Marketing Cadence meeting
- Research and evaluate new digital platforms and marketing strategies for continuous growth
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course related to marketing, IT, or equivalent
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, graphic design, and short-form video editing for at least 1 year
- Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Google tools, and CRMs
- Proficient in Zoho Campaigns is an advantage
- Strong understanding of basic SEO and marketing performance metrics
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead meetings, collaborate cross-functionally, and work independently
- Full-time availability no side jobs or freelancing allowed
