Role Overview
We are hiring a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist in Banga with a strong focus on paid advertising and lead management to drive qualified inquiries and optimize conversion funnels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize high-converting campaigns across Facebook Ads and Google Ads tailored for lead generation.
- Manage end-to-end ad lead workflows, including instant form setup, CRM integration, lead tracking, qualification pipelines, and follow-up synchronization.
- Implement SEO strategies (on-page, technical, keyword targeting) to drive qualified organic inbound leads.
- Oversee Social Media Marketing to maintain brand presence, run organic lead campaigns, and engage audiences.
- Track conversion metrics using GA4, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager to lower cost-per-lead (CPL) and maximize ROAS.
- Coordinate with creative and web teams to design high-converting ad creatives, forms, and landing pages.
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing.
- Proven expertise in Lead Management (Meta Lead Ads, instant forms, CRM lead routing, and lead tracking).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, Pixel tracking, and CPL optimization.
- Excellent communication and ad copywriting skills.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Banga.
