What You'll Do
- Develop, execute, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google platforms
- Create engaging digital content, advertising creatives, social media assets, and campaign materials
- Design and manage EDM campaigns through platforms such as Mailchimp and HubSpot
- Produce social media content including carousels, stories, videos, and basic animations
- Create presentation materials, proposal templates, and marketing collateral
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Lead the team's understanding and adoption of AI tools and applications in marketing
Key Criteria
- 4+ years experience in digital marketing, advertising and graphic design
- Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google
- Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite, familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot
- Experience in website content management, landing page creation, and digital asset optimisation
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding of AI applications and tools within marketing environments
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Work setup
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after 3-6 months onsite probation
