Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support day-to-day digital marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and confident working across social media, email marketing, content management, and marketing administration. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or Marketing Specialist is strictly required.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
- Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Write engaging captions aligned with brand voice
- Repurpose photos and videos into short-form content (Reels and TikTok)
- Create basic graphics and simple video edits using Canva
- Monitor comments and messages, escalating where required
Video & Content Management
- Upload, organise, and maintain video content
- Add titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and tags
- Embed videos into website pages, landing pages, and emails
- Maintain a structured and organised digital video library
Email Marketing & CRM
- Build and schedule newsletters and email campaigns
- Format emails using templates
- Manage contact lists and audience segmentation
- Track performance metrics and prepare summary reports
- Maintain accurate CRM records
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist with paid ads reporting (Google and social media platforms)
- Update website content as needed
- Support basic SEO activities
- Use tools such as Canva and other marketing platforms to execute tasks
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare weekly or monthly marketing reports
- Organise and manage digital marketing assets
- Provide general marketing and administrative support
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or Marketing Specialist is strictly required
- A portfolio of your previous works is required
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Proficiency in Canva and email marketing tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines
Work Environment & Expectations
While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time rolenot a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.
This role requires:
- Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)
- Use of time tracking software during work hours
- Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
- Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
- Treating this as a long-term, full-time jobnot a side gig or freelance task
Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits
1. Monthly Salary: Php40,000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
- 10 days annual leave credits
- 5 days of sick leave
5. HMO Offered after 6-month probation
6. 13th Month Pay after 30 days

9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
