Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Officer to join our Clients marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible to oversee lead generation, optimize campaigns, manage social media, and leverage automation tools for effective marketing and data integration.

Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:30 am to 3:30 pm
Work Setup: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Data Management:
o Support lead generation activities by ensuring the accurate and timely flow of data from various sources into our CRM (Salesforce).
o Perform regular data cleansing and audits in Excel/Google Sheets to maintain database health and integrity.
Campaign & Event Support:
o Handle the technical setup and execution of marketing campaigns, webinars, and events using platforms like Zoom, Eventbrite, Kajabi, and other marketing tools.
o Assist in building and updating marketing assets, ensuring all details are accurate before campaign launch.
Email & CRM Execution:
o Coordinate email campaigns with segmentation and automation workflows.
o Verify leads using ZeroBounce and maintain CRM data in Salesforce.
Marketing Automation:
o Implement and maintain automation workflows using tools like Make and Zapier to connect our marketing systems and streamline processes.
o Troubleshoot and resolve any issues within existing automations to ensure seamless operations.
Reporting & Analytics:
o Generate and compile regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and lead generation using pre-defined dashboards and analytics tools.
o Assist the marketing team by pulling specific data points needed for strategic analysis.
Social Media Coordination:
o Schedule and publish approved content across our social media channels using native platforms such as Meta Business Suite.
o Monitor social media channels for engagement and assist in basic community management tasks as directed.
Website & Content Maintenance:
o Perform routine content updates, page edits, and maintenance tasks on our WordPress-based websites.
o Create and maintain data collection forms using FormAssembly, ensuring they are correctly integrated with our systems.
Technical Marketing Support:
o Implement and test tracking pixels (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) on web pages and landing pages to ensure accurate performance monitoring.
o Provide hands-on support for various marketing software including Canva, CapCut, Wistia, and Rebrandly as needed by the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a related role.
Hands-on experience with core marketing technology:
o CRM systems (Salesforce is a strong advantage).
o Automation platforms (Make/Zapier).
o Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.
o Zoom
Proficiency in using a range of marketing and creative tools such as Canva, Kajabi, Eventbrite, and native social media management platforms.
Meticulous attention to detail, especially with data entry, reporting, and campaign setup.
Experience performing data clean-up and audits using Excel or Google Sheets.
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for minor website and email updates is a plus.
A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
Proven record of reliability, punctuality, and attendance in a full-time office environment.
