Job Description

We are looking for a

Digital Marketing Officer who will support and execute digital marketing initiatives across multiple online channels. This role focuses on driving traffic, leads, and measurable results while ensuring alignment with the brands overall marketing objectives.

The ideal candidate is analytical, execution-driven, and understands how digital channels work together to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as paid social media, Google Ads, websites, and email marketing, based on approved strategies and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain the brands social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Execute approved content calendars by publishing posts, stories, and short-form videos consistently.
  • Write captions and short-form copy aligned with the brands tone, positioning, and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages professionally, ensuring a positive brand presence.
  • Support lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns by coordinating with media buyers, social media officers, designers, and external agencies.
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other reporting platforms, and provide actionable insights.
  • Assist in managing digital marketing budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure efficient execution.
  • Optimize ongoing campaigns by analyzing performance data and recommending improvements in targeting, messaging, or channel mix.
  • Ensure consistency between paid campaigns, organic content, landing pages, and overall brand messaging.
  • Prepare regular performance reports covering traffic, leads, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and platform changes relevant to the Philippine market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or digital campaign execution
  • Working knowledge of digital advertising and social media platforms.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and campaign dashboards.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical recommendations.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with creative and sales teams.
  • Comfortable working in a results-driven and deadline-oriented environment.
