Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional analytical skills and a strong passion for digital advertising. The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and contribute to the company's overall growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the company's products across various online platforms
- Responsible for leading Meta Ads campaigns and optimizing the ads ensuring seamless execution across all brands and revenue generation.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for increasing brand awareness and driving sales
- Monitor and optimize digital campaigns, ensuring they are effective, efficient, and aligned with the company's marketing goals
- Utilize data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and continuously improve marketing performance
- Collaborate with digital marketing team members and cross-functional teams, including procurement team, product development, retail, and brand team to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, making recommendations for innovative approaches to enhance the company's online presence
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize the impact of digital marketing initiatives
- Prepare monthly and weekly performance reports across all platforms
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or Economics
- 3-5 years experience in a digital marketing role, at least 1 year in a leadership position
- Can report on-site 5 days/week
- Knowledgeable in multiple marketing tools: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads & SEO,
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that have resulted in increased brand visibility and revenue growth
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, ecommerce trends, and digital advertising best practices
- Passion for staying ahead of industry developments and leveraging emerging trends to drive business success
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing various digital marketing tools and platforms for data analysis and performance tracking
